However, as there is an artistic element to the products created by R&P Promotional Media Inc., R&P Promotional Media Inc. does not offer any warranty, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement on the products that it sells and no refunds are offered under any circumstances.

R&P Promotional Media Inc. is not liable for any damages that may arise out of the fact that images, content, lettering, designs or any graphics that you upload, email, mail, describe or provide to us in any format may need to be resized, reformatted, sharpened and/or optimized to fit properly on the item to be printed on and/or adjusted for colour to match with whatever colours and materials R&P Promotional Media Inc. has available.

While R&P Promotional Media Inc. will do its best to ensure that you are satisfied with any product that you order, since there is art and creativity involved in all of our products, R&P Promotional Media Inc. is unable to fully guarantee your satisfaction with the final product and nor is it able to exactly match any art, such as pictures and other graphics, provided.

In no event shall R&P Promotional Media Inc. or its licensors, suppliers or vendors, their officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for any damages of any kind, whether or not R&P Promotional Media Inc. has been advised of the possibility of damage, including but not limited to damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay or interruption of service. In no event shall R&P Promotional Media Inc. or its licensors, suppliers or vendors, their officers, directors, employees or agents be liable or responsible for any consequences arising out of, or related to, your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the R&P Promotional Media Inc.’s website, products or services, or the trademarks, copyrights and intellectual property of other third parties.
