While R&P Promotional Media Inc. will do its best to ensure that you are satisfied with any product that you order, since there is art and creativity involved in all of our products, R&P Promotional Media Inc. is unable to fully guarantee your satisfaction with the final product and nor is it able to exactly match any art, such as pictures and other graphics, provided.
